Hi! How is every body? Today Iwould like to tell you how to get rid of a spirit. First you have to contact any spirit. Then you have to ask the spirit if it is ok with being a helper spirit. Then you make sure you have a good conection with the spirit. Then you ask if it is a he or she and ask it their name. Then you can talk to it or just leave.
